Touch Rugby!

A staff member typed the story while chatting to Adain.

Touch Rugby

On Monday 20th February our class went to Papatoetoe
Intermediate school, to play touch rugby with the Mount Richmond satellite class. We took Cate and Andrew and some students from Lionel’s class also came. We went in the Toyota van. We had morning tea then we went outside to play touch rugby. We all played well and our team won, it was lots of fun. We went inside to have our lunch. Everyone felt tired so we left and came back to school. We all enjoyed the day and hope to do it again.

Falling sky poem

Falling Sky Poem by Aidan

When I was falling from the sky.
It looked like I was going to break my bones.
The blood was running down my whole body
I thought I was dead

When I touched the ground
I was lying down
I felt the wind
I could smell the flowers
I saw clouds and they were  going to rain down on me
It surprised me I was not dead.

A Strange Question

A Strange Question.

I wonder why kangaroos have pouches?
Because kangaroos have joeys!
